Delete Your Papyrly Account

How to delete it

1. In the Papyrly app, or at papyrly.com/profile, sign in and open your Profile.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm, and you're signed out.

Can't sign in? Email hello@papyrly.com from the address you use with Papyrly and we'll delete it for you.

Delete only some of your data

You can also delete some of your data and keep your account:

• A story: in Library → My Stories, open the story and tap Delete story. The story, its chapters and covers are deleted.
• Profile details: in Profile, tap Edit and clear your name, bio or social links.
• Anything else, such as your reading history: email hello@papyrly.com from the address you use with Papyrly and tell us what to delete.

What gets deleted

Your account, email address, profile, nickname, bio and links, every story you wrote (including stories in the library), your ink, reading history, favorites and settings. Your stories disappear from Papyrly right away, and everything is erased within 30 days.

What isn't

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in the App Store, Google Play or the store you bought it in. Records of your purchases are kept by those stores and our payment provider as they require.
